Donna LambdinDirector of EducationDonna Lambdin holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and education, plus a master's degree in child care administration. She has been in the field of early childhood education since 1973 and our director since 1988. |

Roxanne MartinAssistant DirectorRoxanne Martin holds a bachelor's degree in education and has been handling our financial operations since 1993. All four of her children have attended the center. |

A full time teacher with a bachelor's degree is assigned to each of our five classrooms. All assistants have previous child care experience, and many are college students training to become teachers. A teacher and two assistants are assigned to each classroom.Staff members receive periodic training in CPR and first aid. They attend early childhood workshops for continued professional growth. Newly hired staff members receive a physical exam, drug screening test as well as a fingerprint and background check. |
